I recently stayed at Casa Teka and had the pleasure of interacting with Tania , who truly made my visit unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, her warm smile and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and making sure every request was handled promptly and efficiently. Casa Teka is right in the middle of the Tulum beach area and it is on walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and shops. It has its own cenote with a private area only for hotels guests and the hotel has only 10 rooms so it doesn’t get too crowded. We were greeted by Tania and she was super nice even got us a room upgrade! She helped us with taxis and other amenities during our stay and was always super friendly and helpful. Tania’s great service contributed to our better stay!

Great great place, located in the center of beach area life, but still quiet. We stayed in room 6 and it was the quietest. As we understood Tulum has problems with proper room cleaning, but NOT in this hotel, where it was perfect. No breakfast but you don’t need it as surrounded by many places 5-10 min walking/biking. Has free access to 3 beach clubs, so in fact has 3 beaches instead if 1 (note that beachclubs’ stuff sometimes still tries to set min consumption fee, but you have right not to have it). Overall highly recommended

Nice location. Huge room with nice shower. It's too nosy. I feel you live with nabours. But it's very recommended.

Awesome location. If you walk 5 minutes south, there is free beach access across from Ilios restaurant before you get to Checkpoint Ciao, an Italian restaurant. The power did go out in the hotel for maybe an hour, but it wasn't a big deal. The cenote was an awesome alternative to a pool. My friend and I asked the front desk if we could do a yoga class which was taught by a passionate woman. The beds were very comfortable. You can hear some club music in the distance that would stop at 1am, but it didn't bother us. Bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to sound while sleeping.

Great location clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the most exclusive restaurants and beach clubs Imanol and Tanya are of great help along with the rest of the staff. It’s great The access to the cenote where you can swim and also has restaurant service.

Location is perfect, my room was beautiful, and the staff were so helpful & accommodating. I arrived early and they provided me a towel for the beach club, walked me to the room when I checked in and held onto my belongings so I could go to the beach on the day I checked out. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here for 3 nights while in Tulum. Beautiful large room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It has a cenote but the beach is close by and you can access via several beach clubs nearby. Bikes are provided if you wish and we biked to the Tulum ruins one day. Location is great with a lot of restaurants at walking distance. Nice area outside with a coffee / tea machine and a fridge with water where you can enjoy the view over the mangroves while drinking your coffee.
